Minimum Requirements for Plan Approval

1. Fill out application with:
   1. Type of permit requested
   2. Property information
   3. Owner information
   4. Estimated start/finish & value

2. Return the completed application to the Village offices at 103 W. Market Street with a $115.00 non-refundable deposit. (Deposit will be applied toward the final permit fee.)

3. Provide a total of two complete sets of plans and specifications including site plans. One set will be returned upon approval of the permit and must be at the project site for all inspections.

4. Minimum drawing requirements must include:

   1. Floor plans
   2. Structural plans
   3. Wall section
   4. Elevations
   5. Roof Truss drawings
   6. Floor truss drawings (if applicable)
   7. Stair details
   8. Energy calculations

5. A list of all subcontractors must be included with the application before the permit will be issued.
