The Village of Baltimore consults with Ohio Building Code Consultants, LLC to perform plan review and inspection services for residential construction of new homes and accessory structures of 200 sq. ft. and more.

Once you have a Zoning Permit for the construction (this assures that the use, size and lot setbacks meet village regulations), you will receive a packet of information regarding the Building Permit process. This packet includes minimum requirements for plan approval, the application, inspection scheduling information, required fees, and miscellaneous information to assist you in your construction.
