PUBLIC HEARING - PUD ZONING CHANGE

On Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 7:00 PM the Village Council will hold a public hearing to discuss proposed zoning district changes request for parcel #0240134900 located at 0 S Main Street from an R2 - Suburban Single Family Residential District to a PUD - Planned Unit Development District to accomadate a propsed subdivision.  The meeting will be held in the Victoria Opera House located at 101 S. Main Street and streamed on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsKUv3GgnaRXXWkTJB06vJg. Persons wishes to provide public input on the zoning change may attend in person or submit your statement via e-mail to mayor@baltimoreohio.org before the start of the meeting.
