PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE REGARDING LOT COVERAGE

There will be a Public Hearing at the Victorian Opera House on March 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm to discuss proposed changes to the Zoning Rules and Regulations regarding lot coverage percentages.

Amended Development Standards for the following zoning districts:

• R1 (Chapter 1250, Section 1250.04): add - Maximum lot coverage percentage shall be 30%
• R2 (Chapter 1252, Section 1252.04): add - Maximum lot coverage percentage shall be 35%
• R3 (Chapter 1254, Section 1254.04): add - Maximum lot coverage percentage shall be 40%
• Sidewalks and approach aprons are exempted from lot coverage calculations
