    The Village of Baltimore, in Fairfield County, is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Village Administrator. The Village Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of all Village departments, except the Police Department; oversees the operation of the Village’s Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant; will seek out and submit grant applications; will set goals, objectives, and evaluate the performance for all employees; will authorize expenditures and operate within the budget set by Council; and review all zoning applications within the Village. The Village Administrator is also appointed to several committees and will attend various committee meetings and Council meetings. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, experience in creating and following budgets, managing personnel and large projects, and public administration. Salary range is commensurate with experience.
