Local School System

The Village of Baltimore is part of the Liberty Union-Thurston Local School District. Other geographic areas included in the school district are Greenfield Township, Liberty Township, Pleasant Township, Thurston Village, Violet Township and Walnut Township in Fairfield County, Ohio. Liberty Union-Thurston Elementary School

The Liberty Union-Thurston Elementary School is located at 1000 South Main Street in the Village. It is located on a campus that includes the Middle School.

The school has students in grades K through 4 and an enrollment of approximately 500 students.
 

Liberty Union-Thurston Middle School

The Liberty Union-Thurston Middle School is located at 994 South Main Street. It is located on a campus that includes the Elementary School.

The school serves grades 5 through 8 and has approximately 450 students.

The school was built in 2011.
 

Liberty Union-Thurston High School

The Liberty Union-Thurston High School is located at 500 Washington Street.

The school serves grades 9 through 12 and has approximately 425 students.

The team nickname is the “Lions” and the school colors are red and black.

The school was constructed in 1988.
