Village of Baltimore Zoning Rules and Regulations

Zoning permits are required when a building or structure is being built, moved, added to, or altered. A zoning permit prior to beginning construction on any of the following structures:

• Single Family Residential Unit
• Multi Family Residential Unit
• Commercial, Office or Industrial Unit
• Building Addition
• Fence
• Inground Swimming Pool
• Satellite Dish Antenna
• Sign
• Wireless Telecommunication Facility

All fees shall be paid at the time the application is made.

• Simple Lot Split
• Accessory Uses
• Conditional Uses
• Variances
• Zoning Changes
• Residential Subdivisions
• Commercial Subdivisions

• Planned Unit Residential Subdivisions
• Planned Unit Commercial Subdivisons
• Planned Unit Industrial Subdivisons
• Mixed Use Developments
